We come from a variety of backgrounds: client side and agency as well as home grown.

Adam TusonManaging Director
From the client side, previously Group Marketing Communications Director for Lloyds TSB Group, Customer Marketing Director at Universal Music Direct and latterly Marketing Director at Santander Cards. In a market overflowing with jargon, underperforming campaigns and too much advice that is not best advice, Adam is determined to deliver outstanding commercial results for all our clients.
Dan FrostChief Technical Officer
From the technical side, previously with Associated Newspapers and Daily Mail Newspaper Group, Dan brings over 16 years’ experience in web development, e-business strategy, search marketing and PPC to the team. More recently, Dan has also consulted for various companies including Mencap, MRS Training & Rescue and Derbyshire Police.
Technical SEO Manager
With a background working client-side and for agencies in the UK and across Europe - David brings almost 20 years of SEO/digital experience and leads a team of SEO specialists.
James started working at TDMP whilst studying Business Marketing at Sheffield Hallam University. After graduating in 2012, he joined the team permanently and now leads a team of 3 PPC specialists.
Content Marketing Manager
With experience working client-side for a national e-commerce site, large corporate and a local authority – Yasmin leads a team of 4 content and social media specialists.
Technical Support Manager
Andy joined the TDMP team in 2012 – bringing 20 years of experience in design, SEO, PPC and technical management. Currently, he leads the Technical team.
