Like most businesses and organisations, we continue to closely monitor Government advice with regards to the current situation with COVID-19 Coronavirus.
We have already taken proactive steps within the TDMP office environment to minimise the risk of any infection by providing appropriate advice and guidance to all employees, as well as providing additional antibacterial wipes/gels/sprays and ensuring frequently-touched surfaces are cleaned regularly.
Should restrictions be introduced in the UK which result in our team being unable to come into the office to work, we are confident that we can provide a continuation of service to all our clients. Each of our team has the ability to connect remotely and securely to our office network from home to enable them to continue to work largely as normal. All electronic methods of communication (email, support desk systems etc) can also continue to be monitored and responded to. Telephone communications may be affected in the short term but we will advise on this further should the issue arise.
Should we need to act further we will contact you directly to explain any anticipated impact or changes to our standard service level or any other current work being undertaken. However, as explained above, we do aim to keep any disruption to an absolute minimum wherever possible.
